If the historical legacy of slavery was so impactful and crippling you would expect to see America to be unique in its disproportionate rape, murder, and violence committed by blacks but that isn’t the case. The same occurs when blacks are a significant population everywhere in the world. The impact of slavery also holds little connection to the modern day. Blacks aren’t suffering from crippling social exclusion or shame about their past.
