Video of the day Feature added

Added a new feature that displays a random video on the site every day that changes every 24 hours. I added this because I have a ton of videos that really should be seen by people but I struggle to find the time to add them to their proper pages and organize them. To this end, I'm making the Uncategorized Videos page. This will also accomplish a few other things. It will give people somewhere to contribute their random videos they feel would be a worthy addition to the site and it provides a clear focused always available avenue to assist in building the site via categorizing said videos. I've made a matching Uncategorized Pictures page.
